Statuses and Categories are configurable by each Agency. The default values are below.

Status

Status Name	Status Icon	Status State
New		Open	The record is in-progress. No witness officers have been added to the record yet.
Disclosed - No Record		Closed	Witness Officers added to the the record are checked against the AMR (Active Misconduct Record) list, no corresponding match was found and the record can be downloaded and disclosed.
Record Found		Open	A matching AMR was found, the record is auto-assigned to PSS and an email notification is sent to PSS.
Under PSS Review		Open	Active status used by PSS when record is being reviewed against AMR for relevancy.
Disclosed to Crown		Closed	PSS updates the record, adds notes and submits final disclosure.

Category

Category
McNeil Disclosure	Basic record category of a McNeil disclosure submitted by Court Liaison staff.
Supplemental	Resending a McNeil disclosure record with changes or additions EG adding a new Witness Officer.
Resubmission	Resending a McNeil disclosure record without changes EG original not received.
PSS Disclosure	Secondary McNeil disclosure record after PSS review of AMR.
