Disclosing a Record

Created by Dan Phillips, Modified on Mon, 2 Jun at 8:19 AM by Dan Phillips

When staff members are are added to a record, the list of members with Active Misconduct Records (AMR) is checked. If no AMRs are present for the members on the record the status of that record will be auto-updated to Disclosed No Record.

The record record can then be disclosed by downloading the McNeil Disclosure form. The format of the McNeil Disclosure form can be modified to suit the needs of your agency.
To download the Disclosure form click the Export PDF
button. The auto-generated form will download to the default folder you have set n your browser and can be disclosed according to the procedures in place.

Sample McNeil Disclosure form is attached.
